Summer 2025 Forecast

Just last year, we were talking about record, prolonged heatwaves for Cinniapolis. Summer 2025 forecasts to be the polar opposite, pardon the pun. The first few days of June produced frost warnings for much of the area as the frigid Spring air lingers in town. What does this mean for July, August, and September? Below average temperatures, according to the CNPS Meteorology team.

“We’ll see highs of 60s for the majority of June. It’s possible the 4th this year will be the coldest on record. As of last night’s long-range forecast, Cinniapolis shouldn’t expect temperatures in the 80s until late July-early August,” said Fran Dimple, CNPS TV Lead Meteorologist.

While the air will carry a chill into July, the precipitation forecast carries very little into the Summer months. Forecasters are uniformly predicting drought conditions across Cinniapolis and Walesburg. This has put the focus on consumer water usage as the popularity of home gardening upticks in the region. However, Mayor Gondola’s administration has assured citizens there will be no water shortages or rations.

“We are well prepared and our reserves are full. If it didn’t rain one iota for 5 years, land would be fully irrigated and folks would be fully washed and hydrated,” said Mayor Gondola, in response to the recent water shortage reports.

It’s shaping up to be a mild, pleasant Summer in Cinniapolis. Get out to a concert, host a backyard barbecue, or stay indoors every day! Whatever Cinnipolitans choose to do this Summer, they will do so uninterrupted by heatwaves and rainy days.
