Spring 2025 Forecast

Winter is finishing with a flurry of above average temperatures, allowing Cinniapolitans to bask in the rare warm winter sun. Let’s all keep that in mind when the colder Spring air returns for several more weeks. The polar air lingers through much of June again this Spring, according to CNPS Meteorology forecast.

“We’re forecasting heavy cloud cover this Spring. Currently, our models agree that the average high temperatures in Cinniapolis this Spring will range from 42°F to just 49°F. This a far cry from just a couple Springs ago where the high temperatures averaged 63°F and we saw record-breaking temperatures in the 80’s for a stretch. But, this cold air won’t produce the snow accumulations from last year,” said CNPS lead meteorologist Fran Dimple.

“We went skiing in June last year. I’ll be darned if that doesn’t become a new family tradition, we loved it so much! The powder was just the right amount of slick and stick, baby,” said an enthusiastic R.C. Fregg.

It’s another prolonged mix of Winter and Spring continuing into the late Spring months. Meanwhile, if the Winterish-Springish weather patterns continue to run from October through June, perhaps it’s time to ponder a new name for this new season because it looks like we’ll have more time indoors again this Spring.
