Painfree-B Running for City Council

The good thing about democracy is everyone has a chance to enter an election. The bad thing about democracy is everyone has a chance to enter an election. Time will tell if this news is good or bad. As of this morning, Annabelle Winston, aka “Painfree-B”, announced her candidacy for City Council to represent Walesburg.

Incumbent Councilman Rory Peters announced his retirement earlier this year. Ms. Winston is the first candidate announcing her intent to run to replace Mr. Peters. Walesburg residents associate the lifelong career of Mr. Peters with the deterioration of the Walesburg community.

Ms. Winston posted a statement on CNPS Stream stating, “Mr. Peters pockets got fatter while Walesburg residents got thinner and poorer. This November, I intend to win his seat on the City Council to return Walesburg to the heavenly place I remember as a child. I grew up in the 80s when Walesburg was a thriving industrial hub. But, through backroom, illegal deals, and privileged private dinners, Mr. Peters sold Walesburg to the titans of industry. He sacrificed the community for his retirement nest egg. This man single-handedly (sic) turned our community into a dumping ground for toxic waste and an open air drug market,” she said.

While there is no evidence to support Ms. Winston’s claim of toxic dumping, there is a trove of evidence regarding Walesburg being the drug den of Cinniapolis. Ms. Winston was convicted of narcotics trafficking in September of 2022. She maintains her innocence, “That was a straight set-up by the globalists invading Cinniapolis. I hurt their profits so they locked me up. They’re the real drug dealers and their days are numbered. My top priority as a councilwoman will be to confront the illegal and monopolistic pharmaceutical trade in Walesburg,” said Ms. Winston. “That’s why I’m a free woman. It’s no coincidence I got the Mayor’s pardon. I was and will continue to serve the people.”

Ms. Winston served over 9 months at Walesburg Correctional Facility. During those 9 months, drug overdoses and arrests plummeted. In the months following her release, a new street drug known as “Confetti” began to permeate the streets of Walesburg. Last week, Walesburg reported the largest increase in drug overdose treatments since the 1970s LSD epidemic. When questioned on that coincidence, Ms. Winston went to her familiar motto, “I’m not a drug dealer, I’m a drug healer,” insisting her criminal behavior was altruistic to save drug users from themselves.

In a world where not a whole lot makes sense these days, Ms. Winston’s candidacy only perpetuates that sentiment. Walesburg has been a troubled community for decades. Ms. Winston believes she can resuscitate this dying region. Those that have bet against her in the past have lost. Whether it was the rival street gangs she ran out of town, the health clinics she burned to the ground, or even the Cinniapolis arms of the law, Ms. Winston eventually has won every battle in her life. Her campaign should be taken seriously. If the past is an indicator of the future, her chaotic methods and criminal background will serve her well in the upcoming election season.
