Fowler Chophouse Leaving Cinniapolis

In a predictable move, Fowler Chophouse announced its plans to exit Cinniapolis. Fowler’s team released a statement explaining their decision.

“Fowler Chophouse opened in 1959 as a modest steakhouse in a growing metropolis. Over the last 6 decades, Cinniapolitans love of the family atmosphere, dedicated service, and delicious meals at Fowler’s made it a destination for out-of-towners and Cinniapolis’ most esteemed guests. We are sad to announce we will be closing our doors as of September 5th. As a steakhouse in a city where meat is banned, our business model is no longer relevant. In a celebration of our time together in Cinniapolis, we are serving our last meals, non-stop, starting at 11:00 AM Friday September 1st through 11:59 PM Monday September 4th.”

This marks the second major Cinniapolis business to close their doors to Cinniapolitans in recent weeks. Martha’s EyeCare will also be leaving Cinniapolis at the end of September. Both claim to be the direct result of Cinniapolis government policies.

This administration’s targeted focus on healthcare, climate change, and criminal psychology have driven one legacy business out of town and another to close its doors. Now that a domino has fallen in the form of closure and of a relocation, it might not be long before other businesses follow Martha’s and Fowler’s blueprint for exiting an environment where the government policies have become hostile to small businesses.
